The Field Supervisor position is for anyone seeking more from a landscaping career and is interested in providing clients with the highest quality landscape, maintenance, and outdoor living spaces. Under the supervision of a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all labor, equipment, and material budgets. As the team leader, you will lead your crew while fostering a safe work environment and a positive company culture. Under your umbrella of landscape expertise, you will lead by example provide training, and impart skills to achieve the highest quality landscapes that exceed competitive and industry standards. Your projects will include but not be limited to landscaping installs, Landscape designs, Maintaining properties and or installing pavers, walls, decorative stonework, horticulture and plantings, pergolas, irrigation, lighting, fire features, and water features.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 plus years related experience in landscaping and Supervisor position
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Background Check
- Honesty
- Work Ethic
- Positive Attitude
- Leadership/Communication Skills

Starting at $18.00 plus based on skills, experience, and accomplishments. 20 hours a week. Part-Time/Seasonal Weekends are Required twice a month Laid off for winter.

You’ll work directly with a mechanic, and if necessary pick up parts for the mechanic and or help to pick up equipment/vehicles. Deliveries of products to clients at the Garden and Greenhouse. Maintenance and general construction for buildings. Pulling weeds watering and helping with moving products at the garden and greenhouse. Able to multi-task, must be organized and communication is a must with Field Supervisors, Project Managers, and Operations Managers.
